If you have been awarded StarPoints for displaying the right behaviours or for your commitment and long service to Hilton, you will have the opportunity to treat yourself to something special.
This means going out to buy that item you have been meaning to purchase for a long time or you have just seen. There is an extensive list of stores/travel to choose from, which are listed on this page.
Once you have been awarded your StarPoints you can decide if you want to save them and add to them in the future or to redeem for store vouchers straight away.
When you decide to redeem, ordering your gift card/vouchers couldn’t be easier. You will need to complete a Star Point redemption form, available through your HR departments, specifying which gift card/voucher you wish to receive. Please see the below list of gift card/voucher options available. You will need to attach your Star Point vouchers to the order form (please do not return the counterfoil, this is for your records) and send to the Hilton Club Administration Team at:

Upon receipt of your form, we will process and dispatch your request within 10 working days. Your vouchers will be sent to your HR department unless an alternative address is specified on your Star Point redemption form.
